Modern place with an amazing view. The super location was minute walk from Seattle Paramount Theatre.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Central location, within walking distance of Can Can.

our stay here was very lovely, amazing base for exploring seattle. comfortable bed, reasonably large bathroom and central heating, an iron and a work desk in the room. the food was awesome, enjoyed it.

Thank you for a such great stay - would absolutely stay here again. This place was brand-new and had excellent staff and layout, I liked it. The hotel was located near the centre of Seattle and Seattle. Plus, Westlake Center was close by.

This was an enjoyable stay in a smart new hotel. The room met required needs, upscale with beautiful view. Lots of facilities like: central heating, an iron and a work desk. Howell st & 9th Ave bus station located close to the property was a plus.

Comprehensive breakfast, extra attentive staff, INCREDIBLY CONVENIENT location. Reasonably clean hotel, marvellous service. Besides, guests can park cars outside.

It is a brand-new property located in Downtown Seattle district next to the centre as well as Seattle. Astonishing dishes, central location.

I would recommend because I enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. I had a such great experience here, everything was excellent, the location was decent near to restaurants, many eateries, cafes, bars, and restaurants and bars. I was met by kind and accommodating staff at the lobby. I had the queen room which was well-appointed and brand-new with beautiful view.

All good - I liked my stay - food was tasty and my bed was very spacious. Classy staff who provided a magnificent stay. Rooms were cheap and enjoyable. Efficient service overall👍😀👌

Overall awesome stay. The place is silent and fairly clean, it offers efficient breakfast and cool location in the centre of Seattle. Downtown Seattle district definitely deserves your time and attention.

It's wonderful hotel, we loved big size rooms and perfect location.

I loved that the hotel was huge and imaginative. I had quiet enough room with an obscured view. It was short walk to the centre, Seattle, optimal location overall. .

The location is optimal, courteous service, the staff is experienced. The breakfast is abundant, I loved muffins, cheese, bread and toast. The units are pleasantly decorated, squeaky clean. Near an idyllic beach.

neat hotel, rather big rooms, great value. super beds, microwave, wifi and terrace were a nice touch. abundant breakfast, special service. the venue was near the idyllic beach.

Perfect location, qualified staff, absolutely superb breakfast. Well heated units with a breathtaking view over marina. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Urbane that is only 5 minutes' walk away. Good value and admirable service.

We thought that there would be service, but we were wrong.

Good value considering price it charged, no complaints. We enjoyed every detail about our superb stay here during 1 night. Decent view, a little balcony, quiet bed, too. The thoughtful staff there was willing to help.

All in all, it's newly renovated place.

We had 2 nights in Seattle, spend our time here pleasantly. Comforts of king room were fabulous - a heating system, ironing facilities and a radio. We enjoyed breakfast that was included.

our stay was enjoyable as usual. room had lots of facilities, including a heating system, an iron and a study table. so close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. we dined out at a pizza mart, set minutes from the hotel.

Dragonfish asian cafe is an easy walk to the hotel. Really great location. We would book again.

The location was excellent and the bed nice. I recommend you to eat at The Market Hall, that is set 500 feet away. University street metro station is within 10 minutes' walk. Free WiFi was available there;)))

Not the cheapest one but great value. The local staff was AWESOME.

The location is really close to post alley. Room service was extremely handy.
